What's She Eating: Brussel Sprouts

For a delicious and quick snack I whipped up Brussel sprouts! So easy & so good for you. Here's a step by step on how to make one of my favorite snacks!

  1. Rinse your Brussel sprouts and cut them into halves

  2. Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a sauce pan

  3. Add sprouts to sauce pan and sautée them on medium to high heat, tossing occasionally, for 4-5 minutes then lower heat for 15 minutes and add a tablespoon of a good balsamic vinegar (flavored is even better!)

  4. Transfer to a pretty plate & grate fresh parmesan on top & eat!
